Services: Refers to the community platform, mobile applications (GoKollab), the practice library (including "Signal Decoding" and "3 A.M. Rescue"), live sessions, and any other content provided by Lynne Goldberg.
Subscription: An automatically renewing, fee-based program (Monthly or Annual) providing access to the Services.
You/Your: The individual accessing the Services.
By using the Services, You affirm that You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Your access is also conditioned on Your acceptance of our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.
Subscription Terms: We offer Monthly ($29) and Founding Member/Annual ($99) plans.
Automatic Renewal: You authorize the Company to automatically charge the Subscription Fees at the start of each cycle using Your chosen Payment Method.
Cancellation: You may cancel Your Subscription at any time via account settings. To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be submitted before 11:59 PM UTC on the day before the renewal date.
No-Refund Policy: To the fullest extent permitted by law, all Subscription Fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial terms, periods of inactivity, or unused content.
Personal Use: The Services are for Your own personal, non-commercial use only.
Ownership: All Content (audio, video, text, methodologies) is the exclusive proprietary information of Lynne Goldberg and the Company.
Prohibitions: You may not copy, redistribute, republish, upload, or transmit any Content without prior written consent. Frame-mirroring or reproducing materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for safeguarding Your password. Failure to provide accurate registration information constitutes a breach of Terms. We reserve the right to monitor Your password and require changes if it is deemed insecure. Any breach of security or unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
The Services may include automated tools (AI suggestions or support). These are automated systems and are not licensed medical, mental-health, or financial professionals. You assume all risks associated with the use of AI-generated information and should independently verify any suggestions before taking action.
Confidentiality: You agree to treat all shared information from other participants with respect and professionalism.
Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is vulgar, obscene, racist, or advocates illegal activity.
Termination: Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of Your Account without a refund.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of USA, Canada. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive Your right to bring a claim as a plaintiff in a class action.
